Dear Descendants,
We would like to thank all of Descendants for their support for Daraku Gear. We would not have these great memories if not for your engagement and care for the game.

But all good things must come to an end. It is with the deepest regret that we inform you of this unfortunate development. Daraku Gear will be ceasing its operations on May 27 , 2025.

We will be closing the servers and customer service for the game on the following dates and times.
Details are as follows:
April 22, 2025 12:00 – game removed from platform. Players can still log in by the usual way.

● Updates cutoff: [GMT+8] April 22, 2025 12:00
● Top-up cutoff: [GMT+8] April 22, 2025 12:00
● Server shutdown: [GMT+8] May 27, 2025 12:00

To protect the rights of our players, after a discussion with the EROLABS team, it has been decided that EROLABS players will be able to refund all the ECoins spent between April 09 – April 22 in Daraku Gear.

Refund process:
Please use the [Contact Us] feature on the EROLABS website before May 27, and the message title should read “Daraku Gear Refund Application for ECoins Spent between April 09 – April 22.”

Application deadline: May 27, 2025

We shall begin processing your refund once we receive your application. After you receive a reply from customer service, the refund should be complete within an estimate of five business days.
