How can I download the game?

What devices are supported by the game?

At present, devices running at least iOS 12.0 or Android 10.0 are supported, meanwhile the iOS version is available only on the EROLABS platform. We recommend playing on a mobile device made within the last two years for the best possible gaming experience.

Why can't I install the game?

Please check if you have enabled app permissions on your device and try downloading the latest apk version from the Official Website. If you are still unable to install correctly, please take any relevant screenshots regarding the issue you are encountering and send it to askme@pinkcore.com together with your device's information (eg. Samsung S20 Android 11). We will further assist in checking the issue.

Why can't I install the game on my iOS device?

Due to certain Apple policies, you may run into some difficulties installing Daraku Gear on iOS devices. If you're unable to install the IPA on your device, you can try downloading the APK from the EROLABS website and play on an Android emulator.

We're working hard to come up with a comprehensive solution that will allow iOS to play Daraku Gear with greater ease.

Why am I seeing error messages such as "Unable To Verify App", "Unable To Install because its integrity can't be verified", "Unable To Install Profile" etc.?

In response to certain Apple policy updates, installation of the application on iOS devices may be unstable. Please go to Settings > General > VPN & Device Management, click on the description file under Mobile Device Management, select "Remove Management" and verify it once again. If you are still unable to install the game correctly, please delete the game files completely and perform a full redownload.

I have installed the game on my iOS device through IPA installation and it is now showing that the "Application is no longer available".

The situation you are encountering could be related to the validity of the application. After installing an IPA from a third-party source, the length of time the app will be available depends on the validity of the agreement you made.

If the agreement becomes invalid, you will be unable to open the app. Agreements made with an Apple ID last only for 7 days. Once 7 days have passed, you can use the same Apple ID to renew the validation.

Sideloadly is showing error messages or can't be used correctly.

Please refer to the descriptions on the official website of Sideloadly. If you are still unable to install through Sideloadly, you could also consider using other third-party sources (such as AltStore etc.)

What is a Driver ID?

The Driver ID is your Account ID.

You can view and further copy/screenshot your Driver ID by tapping on the icon on the top left hand corner. This Driver ID will be useful in case you need to retrive or make further confirmations to your account. Please preserve it with precaution.

I forgot/need to change my password.

Please proceed to EROLABS and tap on Forgot Password to reset your password: https://www.erolabs.com/pw_forget.html

I forgot which account I have registered with.

If you are unable to recall your account, nor use the "Forgot Password" function to find your account, please send your Driver ID to askme@pinkcore.com for our Customers Service team to further assist you. Please also note that if you are not able to provide your Driver ID, we may not be able to find your account as well.

I've lost my guest account.

If you were playing on a guest account, the account data (including Purchases and game progress) may disappear after deletion of the game or after an update. Hence, we strongly recommend all players to bind their accounts.

If you have lost your guest account, please contact askme@pinkcore.com and provide your Driver ID for our Customers Service team to further assist you. Please also note that if you are not able to provide your Driver ID, we may not be able to find your account as well.

How can I bind my account?

If you wish to bind your guest account, please enter the game and tap on the top right hand corner to expand the menu > proceed to Settings > Accounts to view and bind your game account.

 

Installation FAQ

I did not receive the purcahsed Ecoin.

We work with the EROLABS platform for issues related to purchases. If you did not receive the ECoin correctly after a successful transaction, due to privacy concerns, we are not able to make any direct confirmations. 

 

In this case, please enter the game, tap on the top right hand corner to expand the menu > proceed to Settings and contact EROLABS for further assistance.

The EROLABS service team will assist you directly in checking your account.

What payment methods can I use to make purchases?

As the payments are managed by the EROLABS platform, the accepted payment methods will be listed accordingly on their website, and will be subject to change due to the settings on different regions.

Please proceed to the game to check the item you wish to purchase > confirm the amount of ECoin needed to purchase the item > Confirm your payment method.

I did not receive the items purchased with Ecoin.

If you did not receive the items purchased in the shop with the successfully topped-up Ecoin, please send us a mail at askme@pinkcore.com and let us your (1) Driver ID (2) Purchased item and (3) Time of purchase. 

The Customer Service team will look up the information for you.

 

Game FAQ

I am encountering unresponsive screen issues.

Please check if you have updated the game to the latest version, and if you have downloaded applications that cut down blue light on your device. 

If so, please turn the application off and try again.

 

If the situation did not improve, please send the following information to our support team at askme@pinkcore.com:

 

- Your device and OS versions (eg. Samsung Galaxy S21 Android 10)

- Are you stuck at the same screen every time? Please take a screenshot of the screen you are stuck in.

I am encountering lag/crash issues during gameplay.

Please turn the Graphic settings to "Low", restart your device, close all background applications and try once again.

What should I do if the game crashes on iOS?

We recommend playing Daraku Gear on devices manufactured within the last two years to for a more stable performance. If you are unfortunately experiencing crashes, please try reinstalling the game.

What should I do if the game crashes on Android?

At present Daraku Gear only supports native Android systems. Please ensure your device is running an original Android system and check whether you have installed Xposed, firewalls, anti-adware, or any other rooting-software.

I did not receive memory essence while recruiting the Senki for the first time.

Memory essence can be acquired if the same Senki has already been recruited. If you acquire the Senki for the first time, you will not receive memory essence.
