[Fixes & Compensation Re. Recent Issues]
1. Date of occurrence: 01/18/2022 05:00 (UTC) (Post-Update)
2. Cause: Issues with stage rewards led to Descendants claiming incorrect items and resources.
3. Solution: To avoid this issue from further affecting Descendants, our team has implemented a rollback period, in which all characters, character parts claimed through recruits, as well as Shop purchases made with ECoin made during this period will be returned to each player's Mail/Pack after the period ends.
4. Rollback period: 01/18/2022 04:00 (UTC) (Pre-Update)
5. Compensation: To compensate for the effects this rollback may have caused on fellow Descendants, the following will be provided:
For players who made Draws during the rollback period:
- Return of characters gained through said Draws [before 01/19/2022 15:59 (UTC)]; however, Lustite will not be returned
- Complimentary [Recruit Pass x5]
For players who spent ECoin to purchase items:
- Return of items purchased
- Complimentary [Lustite x2,000]
For ALL players:
- [Medium Energy Syrum x5]
- [Recruit Pass x5]

All recruits made during the rollback period yesterday (1/18) have been returned. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
1. Since the number of returned recruits is large, players may not be able to load the entire message in their inbox. To access it, simply tap the Mail button to the right of the announcement.
2. The number of messages sent is large, so we suggest Descendants use the "Claim All" function to recover all returned items sent to the inbox.
