03/15 Emergency Fix Notice
Dear Players,
We've currently completed all urgent server maintenance. Players may enter the game and download in-game resources as usual.
We've found the following issues after the update on 3/15 04:00(UTC):
1. Early release of Chapter 7
After the update, Chapter 7 was released earlier than shceduled, but our team has decided not to make any adjustments. Players may complete the chapter freely, and we hope you enjoy the game.
2. Due to a glitch, players used Recruit events that had not been officially released yet.
After the update, players were able to use originally unavailable Recruit events due to an unforeseen glitch . Our team has fixed the issue and decided not to recall players' Recruit results since they had already spent their resources. Also, the event will be released again on the scheduled date as originally planned.
3. Players repeatedly collected the rewards of certain Main quests.
Our team has already fixed the issue. Players may only collect the rewards of Main quests once.
We've decided to recall the resources obtained by players as a result of this issue.
At the same time, we will processing the player accounts that had been previously reported by our system for the wrongful acquisition of resources.
If a player's resources are below the amount recalled by our system because they have already spent them, we will adjust their resouces to be negative number.
If you collect the rewards normally before the maintenance work, but found that your resources are now below zero, do not worry. The recall was caused by the server, but you may still claim the rewards back again after login into the game.
If players find any further issues, please contact us via the official communities or askme@pinkcore.com. We will provide assistance and investigate the issue as soon as possible.
Also, as a reminder, please do acquire in-game resources through unauthorized means to avoid affecting your rights to play the game.
If any irregular behavior is detected, a player's account may be flagged and the resources acquired will be recalled by our server.
Additionally, the account might also be banned.

About the resource issue on 03/15 update
After update on 3/15 12:00 (UTC+8), we've found an issue where players can collect certain main quests rewards repeatedly.
After the urgent maintenance today(03/15), our system has firstly adjust the resources of the players who abuse the issue to allow other normal players to enter the game as soon as possible.
The procedure only serve as intinial treatment to maintain the game environment and avoid any unforseen issue.
We will conduct a thorough examination of the abnormal game accounts soon.
The further detail and progress will be sent to the abnormal account via in-game mails.
