While Luna is currently a mercenary, she is actually the daughter of the head of a successful East Oen Financial Group -- Mandate Financial. Losing a bet with her father that she would marry a Kur'tanian Descendant, she ran away from home dejected when that goal didn't pan out (currently it's been discovered that there are no Descendants left in Kur'tania). Immature and headstrong, Luna plans on proving that there still are Kur'tanian Descendants out there, and has ended up joining Ekram Lantis' group of mercenaries. She joined up not because she has any real interest in being a mercenary, but because at least she knows that even if she doesn't find a Kur'tanian Descendant, there's always a Lantis Descendant right by her side.

Roger (enhanced)

After being washed clean by Kut'tania and Lantis, Luna realized that she can't rely on firepower alone. She needs much, much more of it. So, after joining Ekram's team, she contacts her parents and demands for them to upgrade Little Roger. Unable to say no to their little princess, her parents send them the all-new 'Fortified Assault Gear Model 003'. This new Little Roger (enhanced) has obvious improvements, with firepower being at the forefront. That said, Little Roger still exists as a long-range support Gear, and remains weak at close range.

Big Rog

Apart from upgraded firepower, the Big Rog's most surprising new feature is an even more powerful lustite core than its predecessor. And Jess isn't the same little brat she used to be. Piloting the Big Rog, she's become a certifiable killing machine. And now with the Big Rog, no enemy is safe, near or far. Ekram gives the word and enemies turn to dust. Even if it means destroying members of her father's own Mandate Financial, Luna doesn't care... she has given her body and mind to Ekram.
